Overview
Microsoft, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, is known for products like Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Xbox.
The Experience Strategy and Design (XSD) Studio: XSD Studio at Microsoft is a CX Research and design team who makes impactful experiences that empower customers, employees, and partners, driven by empathy and creativity.
I am half the design team working with Microsoft XSD
I am a senior gaining hands-on experience as a UX researcher/designer with Microsoft XSD partnered with Purdue UX. I support my team across every aspect of our project and am responsible for being a facilitator during sponsors’ meetings and class presentations.
